Trinity Early Learning Center (TELC) serves the community with early education for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. As an extension of Trinity Lutheran Christian School, an accredited K-8 program with over 100 years of service in Northeast Portland, we share a mission to nurture children in a loving, inclusive environment.
